Instructions. Season steak with paprika, salt, and pepper and set aside. Add 2 tablespoons olive oil to the pot and select Saute setting, high. Add green bell peppers and stir fry for 5 minutes or until they are crisp-tender. Add garlic and stir fry for 1 more minute. Transfer peppers and garlic to a plate.
Top the rice with the butter (the more butter the more rich and decadent the dish) and then add the corn and green onions on top. Add the Beef Pepper Rice sauce to the skillet and then mix everything together until well combined. Evenly spread the rice on the skillet and let sit for a couple of minutes to form some char on the rice and steak.
Steps. 1. Heat gas or charcoal grill. In large bowl, mix beef, steak sauce, salt, 1/2 teaspoon of the pepper and 1/2 cup of the onions. Shape mixture into 4 patties, 1/2 inch thick. In small bowl, mix mayonnaise and remaining 1/2 teaspoon pepper, set aside. 2. Place patties on grill over medium heat.
Instructions. In a small skillet, add the shallots, vinegar, pepper and 1 TBSP tarragon leaves and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook until almost all of the liquid has evaporated. Remove from heat and place in a metal mixing bowl.
Add the marinated beef and stir till the beef slightly colour changed, then add the light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir well with medium high heat. Add bell pepper, bird eye chillies and spring onions.
Cut beef steak into thin slices. Mix the beef slices well with the ingredients from the beef marinade list. Set aside and marinate for 15 minutes. Finely chop the garlic cloves. Cut pepper, onion and chillies into thin slices. Cut the spring onions into 1" pieces. In a small bowl add all the stir fry sauce ingredients.
